Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zcentric ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the zcentric.com website and our game Loomic (the "App"). It also describes your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information (online features only). If you use online features such as leaderboards, we collect your phone number — used only to send a one-time sign-in code — and a display name you choose.
  • Gameplay data. When signed in, we collect your level progress, scores, completion times, and in-game events (for example, "level completed") so we can operate leaderboards and prevent cheating.
  • On-device data. Your settings and local progress are stored on your device and are not sent to us unless you use online features.
  • Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we ask for your consent (via Google's consent form) before showing personalized ads.
  • Technical and log data. When your device contacts our servers, we process your IP address and basic request logs for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

  • Operate the game, save progress, and run leaderboards.
  • Sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • Show ads, and — where you consent — personalized ads.
  • Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
  • Maintain, analyze, and improve the game.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract — providing your account, saved progress, and leaderboards.
  • Consent — personalized advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices" and "Your rights").
  • Legitimate interests — securing the service, preventing cheating, and improving the game.

4. Advertising and your choices

We use Google AdMob to display ads. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can:

  • Reset or delete your advertising ID and limit ad personalization in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
  • In consent regions, change or withdraw your advertising consent from the App's privacy settings, which re-opens the consent form.

5. How we share information

We share data only as needed to run the service:

  • Google — for advertising (AdMob) and consent management.
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers — to operate our servers.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers (such as Google) are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active, and delete it on request (subject to legal retention requirements). Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. Advertising data is retained by Google per its policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zcentric.com; we respond within the timeframes required by law.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad settings are configured accordingly. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on this page.
